we have two teams in multyplayer TVT alpha and zeta
can i or can i not set an aeolius cruiser as theyr reinforcement (reinf ticked) for both teams so they can call the ship in whenever they want?

Set a warship as a reinforcement? Hmmm...dunno.
Though you can always just use sexp's to set it so that if the player presses *insert key of choice here* that the cruiser arrives near *insert location here*
