How do I import models into Bridge Commander? I really want to put in Freespace 2 ships, and captain my own Deimos? Anyone try to do this yet?

This was discussed a few days ago, and I believe teh result was that it could not be done. BC does not support rotating submodels, or something, so no turrets for you!

Well, how do you get models into the game (required tools? I can't seem to find the model editors on the web sites). I have an idea on how to do the turrets (limited) but I need the model editors. I already have the SDK, but I can't get anything into the Bridge Commander format, or import it, for that matter.

Let's see... You need 3DS MAX (To convert to the right format, you need a plugin that only works with 3DS MAX) Then go to http://www.3dap.com/bridgecommander , and do a search on their forums so you can download the plugin.
