Saitek Force FeedBack (http://www.saitekusa.com/usa/prod/force.htm)

I'm looking into getting this and just wanted to see if anyone's used it.

doesnt look as impressive as my Guillemot Force Feedback Joystick. That beast weighs in at no less than 4 kilo :wow: and has buttons up the wazzoo.
Kudos to Saitek though for making a joystick that can be used by lefties :)

Actually the entire Cyborg series is.
i've got a MS Siderwinder Force Feedback Pro but it just doesn't "feel" right to me. And that one above is $30 at the Circuit City near me (Half the price it was) ;)

Looks nice:)
But my own joystick is loved by the ladies, and it has some mayor force feedback;7
Serious though, i hate to play games with a joystick, i rather play my games with keyboard or Keyboard + mouse.
With FS1/2 i am only use keyboard:)

I know the Cyborg series... I was going to buy one but at the time they weren't being sold in my neighbourhood so I had to go with the Guillemot.
And yeah, I'm happy with 'The Beast' :p

Saitek is a good company. I recently got a Saitek X45 HOTAS, and the build quality and ergonomics are great. The support is also good, with their forums being frequented regularly by Saitek guys.
Dunno about that stick in particular though as far as quality goes, but I expect it'll be fine for most stuff. Just make sure you don't get a microsoft joystick, they're for kiddies :p

Yea I've got the X45 and the Cyborg 3d. The X45 is pretty good ,... just doesn't really suit me. (I guess I'm too used to a single stick), the Cyborg 3D would have been perfect ,... if it wasn't screwed by a "jump" bug. Least it was good for automatic dodging or simulated "flying drunk" :D
