Nice enough. anyway, gotta make up a new acronym: RTFT!!! ( rotate the ****ing turrets!!! ) coz it's to be said for about all the renders involving FS ships here. You need an explosion on the beam entry side too, not only on the exit side.
-
I like it lots. But, you should make the beam green with a white core, not white with a green glow. That's for lightsabers. ;7

Where's the fighter bay?
-
LOL KT is right, first thing I noticed is the Orions (both of them) are "mirrored, hanger is on the wrong side
Good beam effect, can't wait till I use Cinema 4D...oooooh....Beam fights...battles....:D

Well, all you gotta do is remove the text and mirror the image.
Speaking of the text, pick a better color.
-
They're the factory seconds.
And yeah, that text sucks. Between the color and the font, it's like there's a little black hole there, sucking away and causing the rest of the image to suck by extension.
-
Well... Umm.... It's okay I suppose. I just wonder why the edges of that nebula are interlaced?
Also the explosion, well... meh :blah:
-
bleh, I wanted the interlacing.
Venom, I rotated one turret :D
and well, I've never been good with the text

Use gradient glow on the beam. This one looks pretty bad when close to camera.

*wants to hear what Stunaep has to say about this*

are particles supposed to have shadows? cuz I can remove that.
-
Particles like that emit light... so no...
-
?
whatever is in the way of light emmits shadows, even another light source. particles will emit shadows.
-
no...
he means (I think) that those particles are blocking another light source...
-

Because Stone Cold said so.
anyway, I decided to leave the shadows. Here's the updated version.

Woa! Much better. Text, blinds effect, and I see you decided to use the gradient glow eh?
