I knew it'll have mass scenes and good graphics but seriously...I quite did not expect to find the battle of Helm's Deep...

the total war series add more soldiers at each opus :D

Bah, Medieval was crap. Average unit was made out of 28 polygons and no fancy LOTR: TTT style battles.

dunno, just played the demo of shogun, but I wish I played more. played a lot like shadow of the horned rat and dark omen, which obviously those games are inspired from, and I'm fond of.

when will it come out?

That's a whole lot of units to render at one time. The individual units aren't too special, but the sheer numbers of them are quite amazing.

The Important Question: what are the minimum specs? 5 Ghz Processor? ;)

Heh, in Medieval: Total War this is my favorite and most "stylish" custom battle:
Me
Chivalric Knights: 1280
Valor: 3
Enemy
Peasants: 22,400
Valor: 0
:drevil:
Of course it reduces my system to slideshow framerates, but nothing beats seeing an ocean of wimpy peasants mowed down
