Title: is anyone else seeing this?

I keep seeing dates and times of stange proportions on HLPBB, but only here. Ex: Someone supposedly registered in Descember 1969, and Shrikes Navbar Announcement is dated March 18...

The 1969 dates are all those who's registrations were lost and recovered.  And I see the navbar date as feb, not march....

You guys didn't tell me HLP existed for 36 years. Guess some of our parents were here as well weren't they, huh?

Those of us in timezones behind GMT see dates as registered the day before those in timezones ahead of GMT.  So I see the lost registrations as having signed up on Dec. 31, 1969, while Razor would see them as having registered on Jan. 1, 1970.

Actually, it's existed for 74. Back in the day, we used abacuses to write posts, and shouted the results to each other.

Incidentially, you don't want to know about the pig and moonshine "incident" of '33. Suffice it to say, it's why Shrike is here with us today.:D
