Anyway. Not bad... I dunno. My character sketches are scarily bad, and I suck so much at it I can't judge too well.

how long have you been drawing venom?
as for the colored pic i did i just worked photoshop over the pencil line art  (chalk it up to laziness) otherwise i would've inked it.. as you have done venom

here's another one i put slightly more time into..

how long? since I'm 4? This pic must be two or three years old.
I didn't ink it, I colored it with picture publisher. It was an early try ( yuo can tell by the fact I didn't touch up the hand drawn lines, so from place to place they're greyish )

i haven't really started drawing up until a couple of years ago, click my artgallery avatar to see how i've progressed from earlier sketches to the ones i'm capable of doing today.

and ut, i seriously don't know where i get my ideas from.. i just Draw and the image just sort of manifests itself on paper..

BTW, I like the hands, and the feet. Very nice exageration, except the right hand one is smaller than the left.

So by inking I assume you mean darkening the contour lines and such?  Does this make it easier to color in Photoshop?  Or do you make selections/masks for that kinda thing?

Yeah, I gotta say you're really good! :yes: You have a real good and individual style, that lends a bit from manga, but still differs enough for you to call it your own. Just keep it up man. I'm looking forward to your comic! :D
