Whoah this looks interesting! A big action splash mega special effects indie movie! Not owned by any major production company! These guys are the ones who did the special effects for Independence day, so they decide to make a movie on their own. The story looks rather weak, but the effects seem promising. Just like watching a giant Fan film! :D

Well, it seems like a big budget movie, but...not. I mean, it was decided to be created by a bunch of friends who of course were in the business of making big budget movies. But this wasn't the concoction of some Fox executive or Dreamworks guys. This was some guys deciding to want to make a big action adventure special effects joy ride just for the hell of it, without all that corporate bull****. I think its rather inspiring. Though the film might suck big time, its quality still shows me that anyone if they are really interested in doing something can in the end get it accomplished. Just look at these guys (http://www.starwreck.com). No doubt some of you have heard of them, but their latest project looks really funny and promising. As a total fan film I have to say that the quality of their stuff is also quite good.

I dunno, this stuff just makes me feel all nice and warm, knowing that I still got a chance in making big movies IF I really want to! :D

The effects on that Coronado movie seem quite good, but I don't know about the story. Star Wreck, on the other hand, totally rules.

Yup its an osprey. Don't quite know if its actually possible to fly an osprey "through" a waterfall, but it makes for some really lovely eye candy! :D

From what I've heard it's not really possible to fly an osprey period. :)
