What the heck is wrong with Photoshop here? I open this pic and I see this stupid light red cover over it. Mind you this is not an effect:

Here is a normal version of the same picture viewed in Win picture viewer:

Please help me solve this problem.
Thanks in advance

Check your color balance, bet you can make it look right by adjusting that. Just play with the sliders until it is the way you want it, though from the looks of it it's just a bit too much red that's the problem.

I tryed that but the weird thing is that everything is on 0
I tryed reinstalling it, but it is still the same.
UPDATE Wait! I fixed it. Something was wrong with color settings. It is all normal now. Well, I guess the admins may just as well delete this.

Ah yes, but in PS 0 just represents current value. So if it's set high, it'll still show as 0. So try moving it down to minus 20 (towards cyan, I think it is) and see if that helps. But if that's not it, I'm clueless about what's wrong, as I tried saving the image and opening it myself, and it looks perfectly normal for me. Though you could always try using the windows viewer to save it in a different format and then open it, and see if that might fix it.
