Hi!
i need some help with a problem that i have.
i am trying to install a game on to my laptop. The game is Championship Manager 4. And every time the instalation begins i get a message where it says "1607: Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runitme"
i tried to install the latest service pack but that didn't help either.
My OS is windwos 2000 pro.
Any good suggestion is appriciated

Don't have it :\ Can't really help you.
Looked all over the web for system requirements for the thing, but couldn't find any. They don't even have requirements on their(extremely poorly designed) website. The game might not even run under Windows 2000... check the box.
And btw, the requirements i do find are from the Mac version of the game.

Simple. don't play CM4.
The CM games are just Microsoft Excel with a slight football theme.

If this is about the service pack, then you should go here (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=/support/servicepacks/default.asp)

Oh that problem. It has happened to me a couple of times though I still haven't found a solution to this. It's probably just a corrupted dll or somethin'

No one should play the "game" as I said, it is MS Excel with a few graphics.
