I haven't been here in a while but here is what I've been doing in the past couple of weeks.

Some right purdy stuff there. :yes:

I do have a few suggestions, tho:

1) top image:  do something with that curved wall with the window.  I can still see the polys that make up the wall.  Most walls I've seen like that one have either carved bricks so it's a smooth curve, or the bricks have an interlocking appearance to them as they arc around.

2) bottom pic.  Probably might make the light flares a little less pronounced, and if there's that much dust in the air, also throw some very light volumetric lighting...or better yet, a nonmobile particle system with uber-small particles.  Or summin' like that...

Cool. That ****'s hard, too.

The top image is kinda... well, it could be fixed up. Some of the leaves are too bright and colorful (though overall they make a nice effect, the ones on the floor look like splattered paint in garish hues), the floor texture is stretched, the wall one unconvincing, and all the banners are identical. Since they're obviously not very high-poly, that should be easy enough to fix that there's no reason not to.


Oh, and in the top one, the fire doesn't quite match up to the torch. But hardly anyone will notice that. Mostly, deal with the top one, it could be so much cooler than it is.

Can't find anything wrong really, which is good. :)  Now get your arse into DatDB PF and give us a nice post mortum goodie package on DA or bring it back together or something :D


at least a Ulugy (sp?) would be nice

they're all great, but there's one thing wrong with the first one.
The flags don't look like flags, they look like grany bitmaps ;)

Of course, don't worry about it, I always find something to complain about :D
