Title: Is there a limit to the number of personas in the game?

I've been wondering, is there a limit to the number of personas or those comm.anis you can have?  Also, if there is a limit, is it in size (300kbs, 280kbs, etc.) or is the limit in the number of personas/comm.anis that there can be?
