Of course not. It's a horribly blurred picture. I wouldn't even be able to tell that was grass, if I didn't know what bad pictures of grass looked like. The coloration makes for an interesting abstract, but as a photo or a representation of anything it's just a tad blurry. It's also not a render.

Next time, try a daylight exposure. Or get a flash. They're like $20-$50.
