A little informative brochure. I haven't seen this on an unbroken monitor yet, I'm kinda curious as to how bad off I really am...

No. "Parasite fighter" is a term for a little fighter built to be launched from a bomber. The Air Force actually made one of those things (sometime during WWII, I believe), and since it was the real name, it worked for me.

And yeah. One of those... thingies.

Hammer is too obvious. I do stuff that looks kinda cool, but that not everyone will recognize right off the bat.

And not every ship has been a tool. Some of the stuff has been even more obscure, and I did make a few things off the top of my head.

Heh...Yeah that occured to me too but I wouldnt call that a tool exactly. Wimmin's 'tools' don't count - you can't do enough damage with em.

That's a bit of a stretch. Hammer head, yeah, but not any hammer I've ever seen...

See, this is where the problem is. Everything pretty much looks like something or other, so most of the time comparisons are gonna abound if you go looking for 'em. Hell, the most shapeless ship I had I posted a few months ago, someone thought it looked like a vise clamp...:rolleyes:

Oh yea! I loved that series! To bad they never showed all the episodes here in Belgium :(

Last episode they played here was the one where the aliens had a near undestructable ship with a skull painted on it, and the words "Abandon All Hope".... *THAT* was a spooky idea, but cool :)

Did anyone ever do a Space: Above & Beyond mod for Freespace?

Long story short, the Chigs have been to Earth before and made friends with the Indians. Not the black ones. The ones that live in tents and casinos.

And considering in just about every single episode there was some reference to the Chigs watching them and knowing what they were up to, it was kinda a given that they could understand English.

And they were pally with the AI's.

And they specifically told the AeroTech probes to Vesta and Tellus to **** off and that they were in Chig territory.

And their DNA originated from a chunk of Earth that got blasted into space.

Yada yada yada. We're them, they're us. We started it. Everyone dies. Kylen is saved. Peace talks turn into a blood-bath. Everyone else dies. 58th die like heroes.

Satan gave me a taco and it made me really sick
The chicken was all raw and the grease was mighty thick
The rice was all rancid and the beans were so hard
I was gettin' kinda dizzy eatin' all the lard
There was aphids on the lettuce an' I ate every one
An' after I was done the salsa melted off my tongue
Pieces of tortilla got stuck in my throat
An' the stains on my clothes burned a hole through my coat
My stomach was a-tremblin' and I broke out in a rash
I was so dry and thirsty and I didn't have no cash
So I went and found a hose, tore off all my clothes
Turned on the water and it shot right up my nose
Some old lady came along and she thought I was a freak
So she beat me with a handbag till I could hardly speak
I was lying there naked, my body badly bruised
In a pool of my own blood, unconscious and confused
Well, the cops came and got me and threw me in their van
And I woke up on the ceiling and I couldn't find my hand
They took me to the judge, his eyes a-glowin' red
