Need to know how to make the damage/debris LOD. Can anyone point me at a good tutorial, or kindly explain how?

easy: make the model of the loçd/ debris anthing, glue a light to it, call the object+light object debris01/02/... or detail1/2/... and glue it to the main hull as subobject.

ok.. I added the bit of debris...
but its gimped (i'm new at this stuff)..
I just took a block and messed it up, the textures flicker and stretch.... and if you hit it at the right angle you can fly through it...
not too big a deal since its debris, but its annoying...
