That Z-95 rather seems as an X-wing with S-foils closed, make the engines better, otherwise the nose and the cockpit looks fine.
-
I can't see the picture of tomcat's ISD, but killmenow made an excellent ISD a while back. I've still got it on my HD, turbolasers'n'all, but probably best to ask killmenow if you were interested.
-
What ace said. That and the hump seems a little small.
-
I can see the Star Dest now, it looks fine, and the bridge is really to be commended(the main bridge between the shield gens)
-
Tomcat did the model ontop of a blueprint overlay schematic. Its probably going to be the most accurate StarDestroyer put into a game...or at least a minor number of games with such vessels present.
-
True Ice..I wish I had a blue print for EAS Warlock or for any TBP ships.
Top Ace..Z95 is accurate for the same schematics..but the angle from witch the screenshot was made change its apearance.

Just base your model off an existing 3D model. As long as you can find one in the same format, just make a low-poly version.
-
Shrike you don't understand:)..SW has those Incredible crosssections witch are considered cannon..not like in B5 in witch each High poly model is done more or less reflecting the author ideea about how it should look.Just see the G'Kane Gquan that was redone by Nadab Giosu since he coinsidered that the proportions where wrong...
-
The ICS books don't provide proportions or blueprints. I've looked through them. You mean the essential guides? ;)
They're neat, but except for a few of the diagrams, I don't consider them any better than the fan-made B5 ships, and they're not all that high on the order of 'officialness' anyhow. And it's easier to work with an existing 3D model then with a three-view, IMO.

You are right about those..is Esential guides.:)

just to see them online:)
and I prefere this ones to any B5 home made ships:)..well that is a matter of opinion.

Good stuff. I have just realized my Star Wars knowledge is gappy. p. e. I have never heard about that A9 Vigilance, and I have never seen an Eclipse. The Eclipse has 'Gravity-well projector', so can it prevent using hyperdrives like the Interdictor?
-
Correct!
I love the Eclipse...
