Maybe they'll put all of them on that channel and I can get my real shows back :(
-
heh, just don't watch it.
"thinks that in two years from now, a similar channel will probably pop up in France then. :sigh: "
-
We already have one in Britain, it's called "Channel 4".
-
Don't wanna bother you guys but there already is such a thing. And its practically world wide. Its called "reality TV" (Quite original :doubt: ) Sure, you have to get a decoder but still, 24/7 reality :p

The thing that amuses me is that none of these shows has anything to do with reality.
A few D-List ex-celebrities in an imitation jungle for a week? oh yes, that happend to me yesterday I'm sure.
and so on.
-
Eh, reality TV was ambulance, police, detective **** 24/7
-
TROOPS is filmed on location with the men of the Imperial Forces

You mean people pay for watching Reality TV? Do they use it to make list of all the braindead in the country? I would.

Actaully, there is a "Reality TV" Channel - if you have Sky Digital, its channel 241.

My T.V viewing extends as far as The Simpsons and occasionally The Discovery Channel or MTV2. I hate T.V.

If there is then cops wouldn't be it.

I have to agree with you there, except for the occasional Farscape/etc. rerun.

Right on diamondgeezer. Right on! Get on your speeders...lets go cap some annoying quasi criminals for fun :D
Reality TV is not a reflection of reality but rather a reflection of surreality...where things are immenently more interesting than actual reality. I mean, who would want to videotap or even record my day to day doings. Viewership would probably drop to 1 person and that person probably forgot to turn the TV off or died infront of the set.
In conclusion: Reality TV is a farce

 Only you would try to reach an an orderly conclusion from those horridly messy 3-sentence paragraphs! ;) :p

Well, now that long, difficult process of deciding which channel to tap the Zombifying Hypno Mind Ray into is over, and my evil army is almost ready to be on the move.
Eh, I don't even watch TV anymore. Used to follow the Simpsons and Seinfeld reruns, but the Simpsons got really, really bad (whee! Self-referential jokes and gratuitous cameos!), and it became more the one Seinfeld Rerun as opposed to any other episodes, so short of the occasional news I stopped altogether. I wanted to blow up the TV in ceremony to make it official (and test out a kickass video camera I was borrowing at the time), but people suck.

Great....if I have any trouble sleeping, I'm blaming you Carl.

nothing is as bad as what they did over here in Holland, they killed MTV to put on 24/7 TellSell, i'm no MTV fan, but i lost Jackass in the process.
aside fromn that, all the other channels broadcast more tellsell then anything else, especially in the morning.

wtf are you talking about? MTV is still on 24/7... So id TMF.Tellsell is on those commercial networks only.
Besides, at night I either sleep, party or are behind my computer :p
-
not here in Heeze (noord Brabant) we've got UPC, and they killed MTV out here, trust me. i dont know where you live exactly, but we can't get eurosport either, and the box and discovery channel share a channel, so you miss half of each.
