Not too bad. better than the last one at least. But it would be nice to have more ships on it, like, the one that Sath is firing at and some beams too. ;)

By the way, Sath doesnt look very 3d to me. What progie did you use?
And please do something about lighting.

Call it a glory shot - I love the lighting and the nebula... although it looks a bit detached from the stars behind it - still a good render :)

Pretty - the image comes together very nicely, the dark background and poorly lit Sath is perfectly offset by the bright beamglows. Good stuff.

FT. You have to do something about this Sathanas obsession before you end up having to attend weekly meetings about it where you stand up in front of a room full of people and announce how you have a problem.  :D

On the other hand it's a pretty good render. The warmup glows look a little smaller than in game though and also it's quite rare to see a sath have all 4 beams at exactly the same point in the warmup cycle, so it might look nicer to have a couple of beams firing while the others are warming up. Good work.

Now go render apart from a Sath :D

Not bad, as far as I can see. Which isn't too much. If it isn't really damn dark in the actual version, make it so.

Tip for beam lighting, put a point light at the base of every beam, and at regular intervals along the path of any complete beams.  Thus you get the effect that the beam emits light.
