A conversation I've just been having has brought up some old memories about a problem I had a while back.
In FS2 1.2 you couldn't bring in a support ship by any means in FRED and have it repair you. If you turned off support ships then ones brought in manually wouldn't repair you either. If you didn't, then the player could have one ship trying to dock while another one could be called in (and that just looked stupid).
Has this been fixed in the SCP version?

Doesn't matter. I've just spotted the set-support-ship SEXP which I think should solve my problem.

Hmm... that reminds me, support ships launching from hangers used to crash 1.2 didn't they?

Another thing. (This has been reported to Bugzilla.) Support ships won't rearm ballistic primaries in FS_OPEN 3.5.3. It will dock and rearm countermeasures and secondaries but will stay docked and not rearm primaries.

Ugh. It worked in 3.4 - I'll have to take a look.
