Now I go off to install :D . Drool you unworthy heathens.

Keep us updated. :) Personally, I have 14.5 hours untill I see Reloaded.... and Styxx has 16 hours. :D  :ha: :drevil:
-
And I'm not going to see until Monday!:sigh:
-
i bought it last week...;)
-
What the ****?
I'm installing it right? It gets %60 through or so (after I've put in disk 2) and then says there's a volume error and that I need to insert cd MATRIX_INST01. So I put in CD thinking that's what it's asking for and then click try again. Then it gives me some DLL error crap and shuts down the install.
I tried it again, and I got to the 3rd disc before it did the same thing.
what the ****?
-
:WTF: mine never did that
-
i've got it for xbox
-
Gamespot gave the PC version a 6.3.
:blah:
-
Goddamnit... I did it again, this time without playing Winamp and it got all the way to the point where It asked me to register.. said no, and it pulls this Volume ****...
-

Who's the publisher?
-
Infogrames I think.

Oh, that is quite surposrising then.
If it were EA or MS, I would expect a load of online registration crap, but InfoGrames? Oh dear.

~Review~
I'm about 10 missions or so into the game and it's not bad, but not what I expected it to be. Some still seem buggy, (see through textures and junk) and the levels are like something from need for speed, only they look like **** and the AI is garbage.
On the other hand, fighting and dicking around is pretty cool. They managed to make the combat AI nice (cool to see guys actually take cover, run, pop out from behind corners and hide again). The story though is hard to follow. I'm not sure if I'm just missing something, but it feels like the only time the storyline if being played out is in the cinematics which are bassically clips from the movie that you didn't see.
Anyways, it's not horrible, and it's still the matrix ( I love using focus in a room full of swat team guys ;7) but I can see where it got the 6 :sigh:
hopefully it'll get better.. as long as there are no more car levels :nervous:
-
ditto for me.... *goes back to morrowind*
-
Hell, I liked the game! Though there are some graphical bug for me, it still didn't deter me from having a great time with it! I also think that the story was hard to follow because I think it requires us to watch the film first, not vice-versa. Theres alot of things that left me in the dark as well as requiring me to fill in the blanks. Anyway, I did know it was a console game, and it acted like a console game. But still love it! :D And using focus with a bunch of Swat guys is damn SWEET! :D

3 hours, 8 minutes. And counting. :D
And what's this "focus" thing you all are talking about?
-
it's like max payne's bullet time, and gives you a few extra abilites (like running across walls and the like);)

Ahh, basically a combination of JKII's Force Speed with Serious Sam's localized gravity fields, eh? ;)

okay... I reserved a ticket some week ago, so that might be why. Second time I didn't, but that theatre doesn't have seat tickets, so it's just to be there early enough.
