Post by: Tiara on May 23, 2003, 03:27:40 am: This is one of my first attepts on reskinning. But since I like it, I'll probably be doing more. This ship is supposed to be an improvement over the older ST Azrael.

Previously only one Shivan transport class known was the ST Azrael. But now, a second transport class has appeared. One with superior armor, speeds and weaponry compared to the older Azrael class. This is also the first Transport class vessel encountered that is armed with an AAA beam cannon.

Heh, do what you want with it. I didn't feel like making a new Transport class AAA for this thing... But on the other hand... hmmmmm :p

1). Don't know how to set up additional hardpoint for beam weapons.
2). It isn't bad to have some diversity is it? Maybe this could be explained by the fact that their rear is their weakness and they want to do something about it. There are still 2 heavy Shivan turrets firing forward.
3). Transports aren't build to attack. So why put all the weaponry up front. I mean, the original Azrael had the same weapons layout, only different weaponry.
