Title: Starship Trooper
Post by: freespacer01 on May 28, 2003, 08:28:18 pm: I recently watched "Starship Trooper" (No not my first time seeing it) and a idea came to me when I saw the ships in the movie. I thought "Hey would that be cool if that was in Freespace, so I searched and there is none to be found, I am wondering if there is any mods, if not, would anyone willing to make one? I have no modding skill whatoever...

someone giving his location as "Klendathu" should be able to remember the name of the ship being "Rodger Young"...

I know which one he means, but most modellers need references in the way of decent pics.

Post by: Darkage on May 30, 2003, 08:35:59 am: I still got the roger young somewhere i think i can lower the poly count enough to get it in game. All it realy needs are turrets.

I also got the Ryoung from Darkshear that one is very very very detailed. I'm the only one who got it next to him self ofcourse atleast thats what he told me.

Mesh was in the first modeldump IIRC - was only 'inpsired' - similar but not identical
