Okay, I trying to learn to model using TS 3.2, and I was wondering is there any where that I can rotate and scale a model by punching in numeric percentages or degrees?

Find the icon that looks like a mouse pointer (the Object Tool Button) and right mouse click on it.
You may wish to have a quick look through the turreting tutorial in my FAQ.

Many thanks be giving to you!

Max Sterling's TrueSpace Tutorial (http://freespace.volitionwatch.com/fs2/mods/fighterguide/step2-1.php). Very basic, but then I gather that's what you're interested in...

New to model making? Try making multi part turrets ASAP. You will know what suffering is. :D I was suffering with it for many weeks, but the taste of success makes the previous sufferings forgotten.
Keep up the confidence, and patience. Model making requires these two human properties.

It has a great use, but complications always exist, and it makes 'easier' things harder. Have I told what my problem was while attempting to create multi part turrets? I had to create a new topic to solve my problem. I will tell you it again if you are interested(but I don't belive you are) :)
That was a type of mistake I thought it is a needless detail . . .
