It looks German to me.
Google says: an unknown quantity error is with accessed a unnamed file arisen
which I apreciate isn't all that helpful :o
-
I get these strange German error messages every now and then as well with some of the DM programs; I think Hermann is using a German version of VC++ here.

The right words but wrong order. It should be something like this:
"An unknown error has occurred while accessing an unnamed file."

Helpful.
Christ, it's like a program as written by Ashcroft.

Pilotview also says my FS1 pilots unknown. But that in English.
Unknown file format for FS1 pilots, and the window above comes in the case of one of my pilots.
