Title: Character WIP - Joan
Post by: Styxx on July 03, 2003, 09:01:46 am: Yep, it's from the Joan of Arc tutorial, but I won't work on the armor and clothes from it.

I originally started this as something to add to my Breakfast scene for the SFM challenge, as one of the many tutorials I had planned to try out during that project, but it became a project of its own. The model still needs some adjustments (some stuff is out of proportion) and I did the clothes kind of in a hurry last night so I didn't have to post her naked.

Comments and ideas welcome. :)

isn't that a nice thought :D

mmh: the complete arm is the right size, but forearm is too long, and hand too short.
Legs are a bit too thin.
As for the rest, since JoA wasn't an attempt at realistic human proportions, it's all very well balanced I think.

I'll have to check MAX's autobackup folder when I get home to see if I can save anything. Anyway, here's a small update - the latest version I have working here right now, with some adjustments (head size and other minor stuff).
