How come whenever I create a model with the vertex/face maker tool combo, whenever I open it in 3D Exploration, or I convert the Cob to a Pof, some of the faces I made don't show up? IT doesn't do that when I open it up in TS1...help!

There might be some faces facing in the wrong direction. Inside the model instead of out. TS1 probably draws your model double sided so it doesn't show there. Try to switch off double sided rendering and flip those faces. The should be a flip face tool somewhere in TS1.
Oh, and you will probably need to set up a camera inside the model too since the flip tool only recognizes faces that face towards the screen.

OK, got any way I can do that in MS3D?

If you still don't know its in the face menu, I said about it in a thread with something about truespace problems...
Also If you put the perspective window to flat rendering anything black is reversed.
