Its atmospheric. Those rotors allow it to stay in the air. :D

Well, I'd say this is a 'no contest', it would appear that the Kiev will be released soon...oh wait, it already has been released!  Check the ITN homepage ("http://www.3dap.com/hlp/hosted/the158th/") for details :D
