Title: Is VPView still up for download ANYWHERE?

This might sound a bit daft, as I already have VPViewer, but I am trying to write a guide on extracting music from various games, Freespace included.
Now, for this I will need a link for VPViewer, but I can't seem to find the bugger anywhere, as the Descent Network seems to be buggered.

Anyone have it online anywhere?
