Title: HLP RPG poll - Vote damnit! It's important!
Post by: Tiara on July 12, 2003, 06:48:55 am: Seeing as I lost 100% of my previous plot I will need a new one. Now I'm going to let you people help me decide what kind of plot it'll be.

Choices:

- Original plot. This is a plot made from scratch. A lot more work and time needed but it's original.
- UT's stories (This is still depending on wether I get permission to use it or not). This is a lot less work but not very original and people will know the outcome and thus not very exciting. Though I would expand on it and add background etc etc etc

you could also, petion a group of story-writers to collaborate on a story...

but what we could do, is take the major outline UT made, and develop our own story using it.

as long as you give me some time, and don't set all to solid deadlines, i only barely passed this year of school, and i really want to pass the next one with ease.

this idea of using UT's Plot for his story is growing on me.. i like it..
me, i can't write a story to save my life, but i can write a mean piece on a character - Just ask Blue Lion;)

not a open war at first, just people disappearing and stuff, the war would come later......

(I'd search, but I'm lazy! :D ) I've missed pretty much all this up to now, but I've got a summer full of yawning emptiness ahead (and not enough money to do fun stuff - ie get drunk, sit in the lovely Welsh weather and buy stuff:() , so I'd like something to do! I can help with writing/embellishing/making up stuff if needed...:)

UT: you could write a story that's completely separate to the one you've been writing recently(and it's good too, believe me) but somehow ties-in with everything here?

is there merit in that idea? it keeps originality yet makes setting the basis for the story somewhat easier...

say for example: during the chaos caused by the conflict, opportunistic forces try to wrest control from both parties involved.. you know, where the hero tries to stop a even more powerhungry third party from destroying the hlpbb and everything else with it...

would something like that work?
