Inferno R1 will be released on the 16th July, hopefully both versions on the same day. The testing is going well, only minor edits have been made and I see no real reason to hold the release back. The core files may be up tommorow...

Yes. The 1 VP file installer version combines all the VP files of the seperate release. It also includes the full length CB anis as standard.

As you probably know well by now (all the scrrens I post have it displayed) I only use version 3.1 DTP release. I have yet to get teh new versions to work with mods (though I can play the original FS2 campaign from scratch). So I gave up on making it work a long time ago when I couldn't get an anwser as to what a command line was. Anyway will I be able to run Inferno with just 3.1 and the offical patch? A bad foreshadow of this was earlier I tried The Lightning Marshal 3 Campaign, but won't run. I intend to dissect it piece by piece cause it's probably a new sexp as there is one modified Orion and I have all the vp's needed...

The only EXEs we support are the official FS2 ones (for release 1) and our own custom ones with higher ship entry limits. Weve neither tried nor care to try any other versions since we don't make any use of glowpoints, SSM etc etc. Use your old FS2 EXE.
