Sucks for her.:blah:
-
I guess doctors are more careful now after such a bizarre accident
-
christ that's really bad
-
I have only read the half of the article, but I realized it is a good lesson to improve my vocabuly.
-
You think they would have learned afer it happened 3 times earlier. Someone should really look into whether it was the same doctor or not...
-
my throat hurts just reading it...
-
I live in Hungary and I've heard of worse cases since my mother's a doctor.
Most of the problems here are due the lack of nurses, the lack of payment and the lack of expertise due the high number of old derelicts who clung to their job with 20 nails.
...and you don't want to know anything specific about them!!!
-
Jeez.. And I thought Canadian health care was bad....
-
Actually, it's just about the best in the world, behind Cuba and a handful of Western European countries. Whiner. [drags around gangrenous stump of what was a leg, pre-splinter]
-
If thats the case then why did I have to wait until I was dizzy from blood loss to have a head wound treated? They cant afford to pay doctors and nurses here cause the government doesnt allocate enough money to health care...
-
Tell me about it. The Assembly (regional government for Wales) has decided to build itself a brand spanking new building on the seafront at Cardiff bay. Cost? About fifty million quid, i.e. two new hospitals, or a ****load of cash to improve existing ones. The hole they dug about three years ago to start the foundations (they didn't, of course) has cost the taxpayer over £3 million on its own. A HOLE IN THE BLOODY GROUND!!!!!! :hopping::hopping:
Sorry, getting worked up again. The government really annoys me....
-
Here they manged to build 0 km of highway, that was accounted for 4 years of work....
The last cycle regardless of whatever anyone said does have something to explain and atone for...
-
this is makeing me feel better about my contry...
/*remembers Visa comercal were a guy on a hospetal bed had to wait for his card to go through before staf would give him the paddels o life*/

Ha. You might have heard of the Scottish parlament. Origionally it was estimated to cost £35 million in 1999. Now, its not even finished. They final cost is predicted to be £375 million. For what? They have a nice enought building as it is. :wtf:

Hungarian medical system is really very sad, I have never been to hospital as a patient, but I have seen an ambulance car with broken rear-window, and etc.
Even clearers are better paid than Nurses and doctors, or GPs. :(
The Goverment doesn't want to put any forints(<- Hungarian cash) to improve on the situation. I agree with Flaser, not only because we are from the same country.
The story begins there, that an operation like this couldn't be done, due to the lack of equipments we have.

Glad thats the case. I'de rather have all health care be government based and free of charge then have it like in the States. Infact, healthcare should cost MORE for the rcih, seeing as how they can afford it. I don't want some millionare freeloading off public healthcare when he can damn well afford to pay...well in some cases
