The stars and blue wash is uber cool, but, like stryke was hinting at, lose the lenseflares. They are very cheap looking.:yes:

Yeah I made them playing around with diff tools, and I first thought they were a Terran Blue Turret shot :p

While the first one is merely good, the second is is frickin amazing. I love the fact that there is  a generally blue feel, but that the planet itself is not blue and yet still fits into the theme.

Please do a bigger version and maybe add a few ships in there, and that would make a very nice wallpaper. If its stil possible, try moving the planet more to the right, to make way for some ships in the middle s that the picture is "balanced"..

Great work man, very nice. Could you tell me which tutorial this is from, I'de like to try it out.

Well, I dunno, maybe 1024 x 7??. After checking out your work on the Hidden Terror trailer, I have come to the conclusion that you should start making background pronto. You're very good at it. I'll try my hand at the tutorial, see what I get
