Title: My version of the perseus (with a cockpit)

Not as good as Venom's Valkryie, but I sure like it :D

If the Realization guys want it, please contact me. The cockpit is NOT MINE. It's a modified version of the cockpit from Macross VO (A Japanese game, based on Macross, it's OK, but not too great. VERY modable, tho). Some of the geomitry of the nose of the aircraft had to be modified, as well.

The cockpit is untextured, and the windscreen's texture is not final.

Texture the cockpit, finalize everything, then stick a little dude inside, and convert it to .pof.:D

I think I'm gonna post my GTA cockpit in .3ds format, that'll save people useless work, and they'll have a close version of the FS1 intro cutscene cockpit. Well, if people want, of course.

Shivans probably don't have true cockpit windows. Where the window should be seems to be glowing red stuff. There are probably optical sensors there, that show the Shivan outside an enhanced view of what's outside, perhaps in multiple spectra, thermal imaging, etc.

He meant Venom's Shivan model of a Shivan.

Venom, yes, please, can we have that cockpit? I probably would be able to easily rip out the one I have there and replace it with yours.

Anyways, Realization guys, if Venom gives me that cockpit, you want the Perseus? Or would you not mind it as it is until I can get the new cockpit in?

It would only be useful for a cutscene because you can't see into the cockpit of a Shivan ship.

I also have a mini "corpse pack" project in the works :p
sorry if I haven't posted the cockpit yet but... I still can't. swooh ftp has been down for a week now...
