some lights on the ships wouldn't hurt tho, and the erynies engine glows are way too small. Nice background tho.

The ships should be illuminated to some degree by the sun it seems as if they're completely unlit, making the thrusters cast light on the erinyes would further the image's credibility. Maybe throw a mesh smooth or package specific equivalent on the models, to eliminate those harsh angles.

I think hes using lightwave... Sub-Patch would foul up the UV mapping...

Actually that part looks OK to me... It's the ships themselves... once you see them with glow maps, it just looks silly to have black hulks in space.  Light that hanger better, and give her some running lights/lit viewports.  I know there has to be something on that conning tower besides grey paint :p
