Title: Metalanguage Art (i.e. a website)
Post by: Kamikaze on August 25, 2003, 08:12:43 pm
I've been working on a website and I've gone through quite a few initial designs and finally came up with something I like.

//www.cyberberry.com/etere/index.xml

Made using xml, xsl, xhtml and css.

(WIP, I still need to work on quite a few pieces, mainly dynamic stuff)

Its nice, but the black text against the darker green on the menu is bad... hard to see.

That's odd, what browser are you using?
It shows up white using Galeon 1.2.7 or Mozilla-firebird 0.6.1.

Okies... I tested your site and this is what I got:

Screen Res: 800*600, 32-bit
OS Platform: Win98 (B I think :rolleyes:))

Browser [comparision screenshots] (http://home.iprimus.com.au/nexus387/broswer_comp.htm)
As you can see from the screen shots the font color, the table sizing and placement of the text differs slightly from browser to browser, Opera just doesn't work with the website for some reason...

I think the header image should be less in height and the use of colors within the table should be changed, to what I'm not too sure, other than that the site looks cool, and readable.

Cool use of Languages, Most people don't even know how good these langs are! Well I'll be waiting to see the next version :nod: keep up the good work ;)
