Have we ever asked [V] to release the rest of the source code. I really want to see that junk code and multiplayer code.

You should have posted this in the SCP forum rather than this one. At least I think so.

Interplay owned rights to some of the code in FS2, so those parts weren't released. Movieplaying code is already in the newer builds (for AVI files). Multiplayer code is planned.
