Title: Launcher 2.3 - Need testers - Report any problems now

Please contact me if you are willing to test the new version of the launcher. The changes are mostly bug fixes but as we all know its best to test stuff as much as possible.

Anyone who has problems with previous versions which have still not been resolved, especially if they are serious, *please* contact me now. I am currently focused on the launcher, I may not be in the future.

I find that it doesn't store my video settings, even with IE and windows explorer and all the rest closed. When I set it to D3D8 it defaults to 1600x1200, my max. Tis a small problem but it's a bit annoying.
