Now, it's true that I'm no admin. But that doesn't mean I can't make the same observation that I'd like to think they'd make. To this end...
1) Spamming and flamming has got to go on the decrease. I've no problem with taking action on people who continously spam or flame and the chances are I'll do it without letting them know what I've done. None of the admins enjoy punishing people but if you can't be sensible then you'll get treated accordingly.
2) People making observations about the forums in threads of their own. We don't need them. You may think you're doing good by posting these things but anyone who is intelligent enough will have noticed anyway - and anyone who isn't probably won't take any notice of the thread anyway. They just inspire spamming and useless commentry - stop posting them.
3) The sudden excessive use of posting "funny" images on the forums. Stop it. If you want to post images, do it in the art forum or go back to Somethingaweful.com or wherever and post these images there. HLP has gotten by just fine without them and they really amount to spam anyway. The majority are not funny. Cut it out or face the same repercussions that a spammer might.
Here ends my own thoughts on things at the moment. They need not be commented on, just realise that things have been fine untill now and I really shouldn't have to post these kind of threads at this stage. Thanks.
