Title: Inexplicable problem

Can someone please explain why this (http://www.swooh.com/peon/diamondgeezer/blah/ships.txt) ships table and this (http://www.swooh.com/peon/diamondgeezer/blah/weapons.txt) weapons table would be screwing up the game? I never have more than three rounds in my balistic primaries and the loadout thingy won't let me assign missiles, claiming they're not compatible. The entries I linked to were part of an eliminaion process, but since it still screws up with only the very first entries in each table I though t I'd get some outside advice. And before anyone asks, it's happening with all versions of FS_Open and vanilla FS2 (though of course balistic primaries wouldn't work with FS2 anyway)
