Title: free ISN apps?

Anyone know of good free ICN applications? The ICN program that came with my USR doesn't work without the drivers for the modem installed, but the modem doesn't work if the drivers are installed!

ICN = Internet Call Notification, used by 56K v.92 users to see who is calling and possibly holding the internet connection or dropping it. It depends on what the ISP provides.
