Has any1 else played the Homeworld 2 demo yet?

Isn't it awsome :D

I love it and can't wait till the full version is released.

I'm also considering putting some of the interface design into the MOD... ;7

Post by: Grug on September 07, 2003, 10:53:40 pm: For some reason the second time I played the campaign it kept crashing while loading the 2nd mission. But I'm sure thats just a minor bug...

Did you use the platforms much? They are fairly good as a rush tactic to secure additional res points early in the game but they dont stand upto much.

OO oo what about the flak frigate :D

Those fighters drop like flies when they go near that.

Things are starting to pick up again.
HW2, HaloPC, Two Towers DVD and return of the king coming out soon.

I have to rush getting missile frigets off the PDA just to with stand a primary assalt of fighters and bombers. but , my real truble starts when they send their own frigets then I have to rush getting more bcause the first batch is a reck. then i have to rush fighters and bombers, and in between upgrading all the bombs and missiles. After that I have to see that at least one carrier is built to start reasoursing a second resourcs pocket. And this is just on the two multiplayer map. I don't know I don't think I would last long against a more intellagent opponet like GoDoFeViL.:hopping: :sigh: :(

first game i played in skirmish i got me but wooped as well.
the trick is to
1. play on easy and have 1 teammate as well. that way they kill him first and by then I had a fleet at the max unit cap. and just went over and kinda just flew past as they blew up. :P

i wouldnt mind playing a 2 player game though... it would be ... interesting... :D

Post by: elorran on September 15, 2003, 04:37:29 pm: HW2 is actually released in the states tomorrow (16th). We won't be seeing it here in britain til the 26th (bah).

Don't know when it'll be hitting in australia though. We need more early release games and program in countries outside the US (like Babylon 5 used to do, till one of the fricking yank airing authorities complained. That, for the sake of 5 eps, we had to wait sixs months for).

Anyway, HW2 is going to rock... but we just all know that TAP will be better :D

due to restrictions in my wallet i have to order the **** im gonna bye.

and i will be getting Halo PC first sorry...
then maybe JK3...
then HW2...
then possibly Firewarrior...

then probably a motherboard, proccessor and RAM for my comp im building for myself :D
