Post by: Ulundel on September 07, 2003, 02:20:32 am

If not, I've d/l 600 megs of useless junk :blah:

a bin file is part of an cd-rom ISO. Do a google search for ISO viewer or similar

You could try Daemon Tools (http://www.daemon-tools.cc/portal/portal.php) but that may need a .cue file as well (do you have one of those?)

Alternatively you could just burn the file to CD.

as far as knowledge serves  BIN are used with overnet for downlaoding games that to play you need to burn to disc. try it you may lose a 50 cent CD but most likley if you burn it correctly it should work.... but actually wait till later today sandy should know. ill get him to look here.

no cue file is needed, you just have to select the bin file.

I only discovered this Deamon thingy a couple of months back. I can't believe I went for so long without it. I'm now aiming to create the CD-less office

Okay. It's been a while since I had to mount a .bin file so I'd forgotten if it looked for .cue or .bin :D

It's a really nice program. The sort of thing that everyone should have :D
