It's very nice, but seems to crash the recent SCP builds (though Phreak's latest INF apparently seems to work with it, but it has a buggy HUD). Great work turning that ugly thing into something more appealing to the eye.

Smoothed version. Still has the same crash with the new FS-Open, though it show up in the techroom fine...

Error has something to do with turrets 11a and 12a, removing the table entries for these turrets allows it to work.

Note this Tanen won't currently work with R1 as it has different subsystems than our old one and so will give you errors on m13.

A little off topic but if your going to make an update patch for m13, could you fix the sun and make it match with m12. m12's sun is the way the sun looks, its not white like in m13. I know im picky and its just a little cosmetic problem, but it adds more of the "Sol" feeling to it. :nod:

I'm no MODer or anything, but may i recomend to the Inferno crew and all the MODers out there a little advice:
When your editing old ships\ or creating new ships, that you all have a particular guideline to fix to (such as how turrets work and which ship has which subsystems). This could deal with compatability issues, and insure a clean update of ships like the GVCa Tanen.

This new Tanen was a redesign for SA, that's why the subsystems are different.

I didn't mean telling them how to do it, i meant having all agreeing to using one particular way out of the millions of other possible ways of doing it.
As for the Tanen, its a pity all MOD's can't follow the same rules for ship armor and firepower, then designers could use all the MOD's together

Actually, I believe the game will ignore all subsystems not listed in the table, so this should be compatible with the Inferno tables.
Oh, wait... I used LODded turrets for the four main flak guns, so they won't fire. Ah well.

Turret 9 and 10 are the same as the two that crash, but they work and fire fine so it isn't that.

Looks awesome in game. Now that, that's what I think a carrier should be like. :nod:
