Title: OFP 2 Delayed.

The most of work is just behind us, however we have been working on the game for the whole year. Today, we know for sure the game won"t be released next year because there are tons of work and our plans are very ambitious.

Oh well, it gives time for the big mods out there to finish

I am, understandably, annoyed.

The guy sitting next to me on the truck, indistinguishable from all the other Matt Damon look-alikes, screaming at me in a hideously over-enunciated american accent didn't help either.

I got to the 'Major gets ambushed and needs rescuing but he's already dead' mission before packing it in and going and playing FreeSpace 2 instead :nod:

Anyways, OFP was pretty damn ugly, and it wasn't too exciting to play. Hopefully the sequel will improve on both fronts.

Oh yea, and that wierd bug where you crashed an A-10 into the water and it bounced on forever.

The A10 bug was fixed in one of the first patches, and now that it's reached v1.91, most bugs have been ironed out.

As for it being not too exciting, it all depends how you play it. Admittedly it's not been exciting in the way that, say, UT2003 is exciting, but it's tense.

Anyway, enough of that, I'll not try to make you like it, as I'm not on a commission.
