Anyone know anything about installing .Msm files?
Need to sort this out for win98 speech sim

Thats were I've come from, I get it in theory.
Was hoping someone else has done it so they could explain it.
All seems a bit overcomplicated, bloody microsoft.

The good news is that when I figure it out win98 users will be able to use the simulated speech and all other users can have access to two new voices without having to install the SDK.
