I got a letter from my credit card company this morning. I called them and it turns out someone in the States has been charging hundreds of pounds worth of stuff to my account.
Now, my question is: which one of you thieving buggers was it? Own up, or I'll release the weasels...
:hopping:

thankfully most credit card companies have that policy that you don't pay anything if your card's stolen, regardless of what's bought on it.
... your policy does have that, right? :D

My wife purchased a socket set for me some years ago through one of those cable channels on TV, QVC I think.. We live in Pennsylvainia, about 3 months later she got a bill for over $400.00 charged on her card from some town in Indiana we had never heard of..
Yes it does happen.. My wife called and got it streightened out, she never had to pay a cent for the charges, most cards do have a policy in the event your card is stollen..
