Title: Different target lock anis for different missiles

Something like:
$missile lock ani: blahblah.ani

Would it be possible? Anyone remember the ultra-cool missile lock animations in Wing Commander Prophecy?

It's not a bad idea.  But having tried the simple act of swapping the original for the demo version.  I can tell you it wouldn't be easy.

I take that back.  I have recently been made aware of my tremendous limitations as both a sturdent and a gaming geek.

It would be difficult for me.  Others who mess with stuff like this would probablt find it easy.

any weapons without entyrs should revert back to the original .ani

to keep from having to change the weapon.tbl

as always. these kinda things are standard for FSOPEN edits.


but it seems like a pretty good idea to me.
