Title: Slight problem with all versions of the SCP

Doesn't matter what version I run, I can never use the energy management or arrow (shield quadrant thingies) keys. Doesn't matter what key they are assigned to, still doesn't work.

I seem to remember hearing about this problem, but I never found the solution.

Any help?

The first version I heard of only affected winXP and was solved by using the compatibility option.

 I do vaguely remember hearing of a second SCP only version which had a different solution though.

Does this also happen to the retail version?
