A year ago on this day, a terrorist bomb detonated in the Sari Club, Bali. 224 people died in the blast, including 88 Australians. Though this act was terrible, it is my prayer that those responsible may be forgiven by those who were wronged, and forgiven by God; that we can all learn the lesson of human frailty taught at Bali; and realise the desperation of the world in which we live, never taking our lives for granted. Please observe a moment of silence.

Agreed. Fortunately, they're being tried under Indonesian law, so most of the fuckers are getting shot, which is as close to justice as we're going to get.
