[color=66ff00]Just interested, anyone getting all dressed up this halloween? If so what kinda costume are you going to wear? If not, what kinda costume would you like to wear?
Personally I've done the jedi thing two years running so I'm cooking up a few ideas now, hopefully I'll have some free time to make a costume. :)

Have a couple friends who are twins. One of them is going to dress up as a monk, and the other as the grim reaper. Everytime somebody walks past their house, they'll fight.
-
I have to relate this story:
About two years ago, my Secondary School ran a Prom for the leavers (of which I was one). Being an antisocial person, I didn't bother going, but one of my friends was thinking of going as the Grim Reaper. It wasn't fancy dress or anything, so can you guess what his reason was?
He didn't want to pay the £10 for a ticket. He wanted to walk up to the bouncer and say: 'Excuse me, I'm here on business.'
Definitely would've put a damper on the evening. In the end, he dropped the idea because a good outfit would've cost £50...

I'm not dressing up, but if I had to, I'd dress up as PONCHO MAN.
It's dirt cheap, and people will give you all the candy you want just to get you to leave!
:)

Weird...children here in Norway dress up for halloween (even though it's an american holiday) but well I don't. It's childish and I don't celebrate it. :doubt:
-
heh, i just dress to look nice. in my neighborhood its more of a scocial event....
-
Razor mate, you sadden me with that statement. Methinks you would do well to get in touch with your inner child
-
I might put on some sort of mafioso suit and take charge of something, or don that Soviet cap and march about singing the "I've seen things" song.
-
*dresses up as a carrot, hangbag, and cheese*
-
Last year we had Nazgul costumes. Too bad no one really understood what we were supposed to be when the nine of us arrived at the party.

I'll be dressed as a gray gargoyle in a gorgeous handmade black satin cape with rouched scarlet satin lining. My wife will be a witch in a similar cape. I've got this excellent full face latex mask and the right makeup to make the whole thing look right.
we're not going out, mind you. Just answering the door for the children.

That would be funny as hell! Get people dressed up as each item and follow you around... How you dress as
France Kuala-lumpar, I have no idea...
-
Ahoy! I'm back, kind of...
Anyway, I found this on the Homeworld forums a year back. It strikes me as - odd... :wtf:

It's probably one of the HW programmers.

Odd... I also found that if you forget to close the strikeout HTML tag, it affects the entire thread after the tag! :nervous:

Im going to be a priest and my girlfriend is going to be a little boy...
Can you guess I live in a VERY liberal area?
-
...no comment.
I have to get dressed up, but not on Halloween. On the 25th my store is having a Halloween celebration for the children of the neighborhood, and sinch I'm such a good talker/people person, I get to be a door greeter. :doubt:
-
I know how you feel. I got to be the Easter Bunny one year because I could think on my feet. And believe me, I hate kids...
-

-

Same here...it's supposedly illegal to wear a costume when you're over 13 because you could be doing something malicious...stupid Tennessee laws...anyway, nobody cares. I'm sure if you did something stupid, they'd hit you with it, but not unless.
I was going to go as a stormtrooper this year, then use that same costume to watch the new LOTR movie in, but my parents think I'll go and do something stupid...they're right of course.:nervous:

well.. ;)

We tend to have hours of fun watching kids come to the front door, and knock on it for several minutes, not realising that we don't use it, due to the freezer being behind it.
Oh, the merriment.
-
I wonder what activities the Student Union here in Bristol has planned for Halloween...
Ah well, time to electrify my doorhandle, just in case.

we had halloween on my street last year, but it was a bit sad, lame. it just doesn't have the same... atmosphere to it, as in other countries.
